In 2012 we are pleased to offer a full day Property Management seminar comprising five speakers, a break out session and a panel discussion. There will also be a trade booth exhibition of our property management supplier partners.
Throughout the day you will have the opportunity to hear a variety of thought provoking presenters; including a business psychologist speaking on success; an independent industry leader confirming “Any Fool Can Collect Rent”; an industry icon speaking about the importance of integrity in our industry; as well as Michelle Delaney, the Chairmans Cup Winner from Australia, speaking at two different sessions.

Jim Huse – Business Psychologist Jim Huse is a Consultant who helps organisations to achieve business success. He works with organisations using a pioneering convergence of psychology, technology and business objectives. Jim had extensive real world experience and has assisted many companies with their success including Microsoft, Vodafone, Sanitarium, Wilson Hellaby, Harvy Norman to name a few. Jim’s intriguing presentation will ask you questions about “you” and integrates personal skills and self-knowledge with business systems, processes and technology to achieve success. |

Richard Evans – Any Fool Can Collect Rent! Richard has been in the business since 1976 and is the current owner of Rotorua Rentals. Richard has been chair of the REINZ property management special interest group and together with his wife, Pauline, they own several rental properties themselves so they are coal face property managers as well as investors, and yes, get their hands dirty when they have to. There is nothing much they haven’t seen in this business and Richard will share his insights into the business. |

Mike Pinkney – Integrity, Courage and Chaos Theory! Well known in the real estate industry, Mike commenced in real estate sales in 1970 and is an Associate of the Real Estate Institute (AREINZ) since 1974, and an Associate of the Arbitrators & Mediators Institute (AAMINZ) since 2008. We are in a service industry and Mike will drill down to expose exactly how we uphold the integrity of our business whilst managing the chaos. |

Michelle Delaney – Ray White Australia Michelle has been in the industry for over 25 years, and has extensive experience in all areas of property managements. She has been a part of the Ray White network since 2001 and is now the Senior Property Management Executive for the Ray White Group. Michelle’s commitment to property management provides excellence in training, consultancy and advice to all our partners and property management team members. |

6 Ray White Landlords have kindly agreed to share their experiences and learn exactly what makes a difference for them. They will be honest with many having properties with other companies, how does Ray White fare? What is their perception of Ray White? These are our clients, we will learn a lot from this session.
